I WAS RETAINED BY THE ELLIS FAMILY TRUST TO VERIFY THE BOUNDARY OF
THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 52, PAGE 358,
DESCHUTES COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AS SHOWN HEREON. i WAS ORIGINALLY
RETAINED TO PARTITION THE SAME PROPERTY; HOWEVER, THE CLIENT DIDN'T
PURSUE AN EXTENSION TO COMPLETE THE PARTITIONING PROCESS.
THE BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENTS ACCEPTED BY (Ml),
(M2), (M3), (D), (P1), (P2), (B), (S1), (S2), AND (S3), AS SHOWN HEREON.
THE DEED EXCEPTS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR HALL ROAD, WHICH WOULD BE A
20.00-FOOT STRIP\F; OF LAND ADJACENT TO AND EAST FROM THE LINE
BETWEEN SECTIONS 20 AND 21.

TOPOGRAPHIC FEATURES WERE TIED BY RTK METHOD USING A SPECTRA
PRECISION RANGER 3 DATA COLLECTOR WITH SURVEY PRO 5.7 SOFTWARE AND
THE SAME GPS RECEIVERS MENTIONED ABOVE.
