SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to consolidate Lots 3-6, Block 6, Plat of Sisters, City of Sisters, Deschutes County, Oregon, into one tax parcel. Control for this survey was based on the referenced surveys hereon this survey map and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings for this survey is based on the plats of both the Plat of Sisters (CS11061) and McCaffery's 1st Addition to Sisters (CS08143), Deschutes County, Oregon. The boundary lines of Lots 3-6, Block 6, Sisters, were calculated for the purpose of this survey using the shown held monuments of the Southeast corner of Block 4, Sisters, and the Southeast corner of Block 5, McCaffery's 1st Addition to Sisters, for the Basis of Bearing. No monuments were set during the course of this survey.
