OBSERVATIONS. THE CENTER -EAST 1/16 CORNER OF SECTION 8 AS SET IN R2 WAS FOUND
DISTURBED. WE USED OUR ORIGINAL TIES TO CALCULATE ITS POSITION, THIS POSITION WAS
