THE PARENT PARCEL 1S DESCRIBED BY A RECENT DEED PER LLA 22-04 RECORDED AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 2023-08781. FOUND MONUMENTS PER THAT PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT BY
