THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NE LARCH AVENUE WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING A BEST FIT LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREON. THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NE LARCH AVENUE WAS CALCULATED BY OFFSETTING SAID CALCULATED NORTH LINE, SOUTH 60.00 FEET PER THE PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION TO BEND PARK. THE SOUTH LINE OF BLOCKS 126, 127 AND 128 PER THE PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION TO BEND PARK, WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING THE TWO MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREON. THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED AT A CALCULATED POSITION FOR THE LOT LINE COMMON TO LOTS 3 AND 4 PER THE PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION TO BEND PARK BY PROPORTIONATE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CALCULATED CENTERLINE OF VACATED EAST TENTH STREET, PROVIDED A FULL 30.00 FOOT HALF -WIDTH, AND THE CALCULATED WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NE 12TH STREET.
