OFFICIAL RECORDS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OREGON REVISED STATUTES AND PER CITY OF BEND PROJECT NUMBER PLPLAM20230664.
THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NE LARCH AVENUE WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING A BEST FIT LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREON.
THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NE LARCH AVENUE WAS CALCULATED BY OFFSETTING SAID CALCULATED NORTH LINE, SOUTH 60.00 FEET PER THE
