THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN TRACT O DISCOVERY WEST PHASE 5 R1 AND W TONSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 11 EAST, W.M.
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 4 IN STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 2020, PAGE 26612, DESCHUTES COUNTY CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
OFFICIAL RECORDS. J U N E 2024
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS SOUTH 70051'25" WEST BETWEEN THE FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT O
AS SHOWN ON (R1).
THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF TRACT O, DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 5 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD COURSES AND FOUND MONUMENTS
PER R1.
THE WESTERLY LINE OF TRACT K, DISCOVERY WEST, PHASE 4 WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING RECORD COURSES AND FOUND MONUMENTS PER R3.
THE SOUTHWESTERLY, NORTHWESTERLY AND EASTERLY LINE OF THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 4 OF SAID DEED VOLUME 2020,
PAGE 26612 WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD COURSES AS CALLED FOR IN SAID DEED AND SHOWN ON COUNTY SURVEY NO. 20240, R2.
