THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE LINE FROM THE NE CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 26, CENTER ADDITION TO BEND TO THE NE CORNER OF LOT 15, BLOCK 26, CENTER ADDITION TO BEND AND BY HOLDING THE RECORD PLATTED ALLEY WIDTH. THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE PROPORTION FROM THE CALCULATED SW CORNER OF SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THE SE CORNER OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED 2017-039484 DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 4 AND A PORTION OF LOT 5, BLOCK 26, CENTER ADDITION TO BEND.
