THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THE SUBJECT LANDS INTO THREE PARCELS
AS SHOWN AND APPROVED BY CITY OF LA PINE PLANNING FILE NO. 03PA-20. RECORD
SURVEYS INCLUDED THE ORIGINAL BLM SUBDIVISION SURVEY OF SECTION 14, THE BLM
SUPPLEMENTAL PLAT OF SECTION 14, CSO4814, CS11788, PARTITION PLAT NO. 2001-07
(CS 14351), CS 18080 AND PARTITION PLAT NO. 2018-45 (CS 19813).
FOUND RECORD SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE TIED AND HELD AT THE NORTHWEST AND AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF THE ORIGINAL PARCEL AS INDICATED HEREON. THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF LOT 123 WAS ESTABLISHED USING PROPORTIONATE METHODS BETWEEN THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 123 AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 108 AS SHOWN. THE
