THE NORTH LINE OF DOCUMENT 2024-17516 WAS HELD TO MONUMENTS 114,115 AND 117 PER R6 THE EAST LINE OF DOCUMENT 2024-17516 AND THE NORTHERLY EAST LINE OF HEAVENLY ACRES WAS HELD TO MONUMENTS 117 AND 103.1 FOUND THESE MONUMENTS IN GOOD CONDITION AND THEY FIT WITHIN REASONABLE TOLERANCES TO THE RECORD DISTANCES OF (1), (2),(3),(4) AND (6). 1 THE HELD THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN AND TO MONUMENTS 103 AND 129 TO THE RECORD ANGLES AND DISTANCES PER (1). THIS SOLUTION FIT VERY WELL WITH THE RECORD DATA. MONUMENT 107 WAS NOT HELD. THE NORTH LOT LINE OF LOT 3, BLOCK II OF HEAVENLY ACRES WAS HELD TO THE ORIGINAL MONUMENTS 109 AND 110 OF SAID PLAT. THESE WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND FIT WITHIN REASONABLE TOLERANCES TO THE RECORD DISTANCE PER (1). THE SOUTH LOT LINE OF LOT 3, BLOCK II OF HEAVENLY ACRES WAS HELD TO THE ORIGINAL MONUMENTS 104 AND 129 OF SAID PLAT. THESE WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND FIT WITHIN REASONABLE TOLERANCES TO THE RECORD DISTANCE PER (1). BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM UTILIZING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN), DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION AS MEASURED ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 3, BLOCK II OF HEAVENLY ACRES BETWEEN MONUMENTS 109 AND 110, BEING NORTH 71°2131" EAST 471.37 FEET.
