THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF RAMSES VERLINDEN.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE NE AND SE CORNERS OF LOT 9, BLOCK 9,
OVERLOOK PARK FILED IN DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY RECORDS AS CS08703, SAID PROPERTY
ALSO BEING DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED 2024-19126 RECORDED IN
DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS (D).
THE POINT OF CURVATURE FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 9, OVERLOOK PARK ALONG FIFTEENTH TEE LANE
WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING RECORD DIMENSIONS IN BOUNDARY SURVEY BY SCOTT C.
FRESHWATERS FILED IN DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY RECORDS AS CS18028 FROM THE NORTHERLY
MOST CORNER OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
2021-39449 D.C.O.R. (E) BEING LOT 8 AND A PORTION OF LOT 7, BLOCK 9, OVERLOOK PARK.
THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 9 WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE PROPORTION FROM THE
CALCULATED POINT OF CURVATURE FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 9, OVERLOOK PARK ALONG FIFTEENTH TEE
LANE TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 9.
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD PLATTED
