THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
