THE PLAT OF SUMMIT PARK (r2) WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S
OFFICE AS CS15957, THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF WHICH FORMS THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
MONUMENTS ON SAID NORTH BOUNDARY WERE FOUND AND HELD AS SHOWN.
THE PLAT OF OAKVIEW, PHASE IX (r3) WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
