HomeMy WebLinkAboutSurvey 21404SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: The purpose of this survey was to re—establish the Southeast corner of Lot 5 (with vacated alley), Block 10, Wiestoria, City of Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based on the said plat of Wiestoria, recorded as CS10565, and the other surveys referenced hereon this survey map, and those existing monuments found during the course of this survey from said surveys. Basis of bearings are based upon the Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS), Bend —Redmond —Prineville Zone, NAD83 (2011) epoch 2010.00, on a measurement on the North line of Blocks 10 and 19, Wiestoria, being North 89'56'09" East, holding the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 10, and the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 19, -Wiestoria, as shown hereon this survey map. Basis of Bearings determined by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time GNSS Network (ORGN). Proportionate measurement method was then used to re—establish the shown positions on said survey. No monuments per referenced (R2) survey were found on the West right—of—way of 5th Street. The first available found property corner, heading South, was the Southeast corner of Block 31, Center Addition to Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon. This monument was held, and the West right—of—way line of said 5th Street was proportioned out by the proportionate measurement method as if it was part of the some subdivision, proportioning all lots and holding full plat street and alley widths, from both plats. The centerline of the alley in Block 10, Wiestoria, was then calculated, and the Southeast corner of Lot 5 (with vacated alley), Block 10, Wiestoria, was then proportioned in using the proportionate measurement method. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
