THE PARENT PARCEL IS DESCRIBED BY DEED INSTRUMENT NO. 2022-22128 AS PARCEL 1 AND
A PORTION OF PARCEL 2 OF PARTITION PLAT NO. 1991-65. RECORD SURVEY CS11704
MONUMENTED AND DESCRIBED THE PORTION OF PARCEL 2 PER AN APPROVED PROPERTY LINE
ADJUSTMENT. FOUND MONUMENTS PER SAID PARTITION PLAT AND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
