The purpose of this survey was to consolidate those parcels shown as
Tract `A' and Tract `B' into one tax parcel. Control for this survey was
based on the Record of Survey by Fred Ast Jr., filed at CS21057, the
other referenced surveys hereon this survey map, and existing
monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings
for this survey is the West line of subject property where two
monuments per said Fred Ast Jr. survey (R6) were found and held. All
other property corners and property lines are per said Fred Ast Jr. (R6)
survey. No monuments were set during the course of this survey.
