NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY TONY AND TONYA PADILLA TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2, SHERWOOD ESTATES. THE OWNER OF
LOT 8 HAD FENCED A PORTION OF LOT 7. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TO TRANSFER THE FENCED PORTION FROM LOT 7 TO LOT 8 AND TO MONUMENT
THE NEW ADJUSTED LINE.
MONUMENTS SHOWN ON THIS SURVEY WERE TIED WITH OUR GPS INSTRUMENTS AND WERE FOUND TO BE IN REASONABLE CONFORMANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL PLAT
(DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEY 09720). WE HELD THE FOUND CORNERS FOR LOT 8 AND USED THE EAST LINE FOR THE BASIS OF BEARINGS AS SHOWN. WE USED
RECORD BEARINGS AND DISTANCES FROM THE PLAT AS SHOWN TO CALCULATE REMAINING PROPERTY CORNERS.

BEGINNING AT A 5/8" REBAR WITH NO CAP MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SHERWOOD ESTATES; THENCE S84'3629"W A DISTANCE OF
99.53' TO A 1/2" PIPE WITH YPC MARKED POVEY AND ASSOC.'; THENCE S84'43'44"W A DISTANCE OF 373.51' TO A 3/4" PIPE WITH YPC MARKED "POVEY AND
ASSOC." AT THE EAST LINE OF NW 38TH STREET; THENCE N38059'54 "W ALONG THE EAST LINE OF NW 38TH STREET A DISTANCE OF 56.19' TO THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SHERWOOD ESTATES, THENCE N90000'00"E ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 8 A DISTANCE OF 506.38' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
