THIS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT SURVEY IS BEING COMPLETED IN ORDER TO PERFECT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE PER
CITY OF BEND PROJECT NUMBER PLPLAM20240370, BETWEEN TAX LOTS 171221 C000802 & 171221 B004900, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH OREGON REVISED STATUTES. THE CURRENT VESTING DEED IS THAT CERTAIN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
RECORDED MAY 11, 2018 AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2018-018810, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS,
ALL MONUMENTS WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION AND WERE HELD FOR THIS SURVEY. THE RECORD RADIUS PER
REFERENCES (A) & (B) WAS HELD BETWEEN MONUMENTS 112 AND 113 TO ESTABLISH THE WEST CULDESAC CURVATURE OF
MURRAY ROAD. THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1, B.R.P.P.D. WAS CALCULATED BY HOLDING RECORD DIMENSIONS PER REFERENCE
(A) TO MONUMENT 103 AND ROTATING TO MONUMENT 100.
THE LOCATION OF THE ADJUSTED LINE IS PER THE DIRECTION OF OUR CLIENT.
