WE WERE RETAINED BY MG5, LLC TO PREPARE AND MONUMENT THIS PARTITION PLAT OF ALEXANDER COURT, A PRIVATE
STREET, AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER FILE NO. PLLD20230633.
FOUND MONUMENTS FIT RECORD GEOMETRY WELL AND WERE HELD. MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM DERIVED FROM GPS
OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK(ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED
COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
