BEARING TAKEN FROM CS17547.
THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE WAS HELD AS THE WEST RIGHT—OF—WAY LINE OF THE BEND PARKWAY — US HIGHWAY 97, FROM THE MONUMENTS FOUND ON SAID
RIGHT OF WAY LINE PER (R1), (R2) AND (R5).
THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE WAS HELD AT RECORD DIRECTION OF N89'37'20"W FROM THE MONUMENT FOUND AT 'A', TO IT'S INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST
LINE.
CS18429 (R6) ESTABLISHED THE CENTERLINE OF MURPHY ROAD. THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE, 40 FEET FROM CENTERLINE, WAS HELD PER (R6), BASED
ON MONUMENTS FOUND AS CALLED FOR ON THAT SURVEY AT THE WEST 1 /4 CORNER AND NORTH 1 /16 CORNER OF SECTION 17. THE BEARING ON THIS LINE
DIFFERS BY ONLY 6 SECONDS FROM THAT MEASURED ON (R1). NO ANGULAR ADJUSTMENT WAS MADE TO BEARINGS. POSITION OF A MONUMENT FOUND ON THE
