A RECORD OF SURVEY WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20064 (r2), THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF OF WHICH FORM A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. MONUMENTS SHOWN ON SAID RECORD OF SURVEY WERE FOUND AND HELD.
THE PLAT OF "ACADIA POINTE, PHASES I AND II" WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN JANUARY OF 2023 AND FILED WITH THE
DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS21007 (r3), THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF WHICH FORM THE EASTERLY
BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. MONUMENTS PER SAID PLAT WERE FOUND AND HELD AS SHOWN, HOWEVER, A FENCE WAS
RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED ALONG THIS EASTERLY LINE AND SOME OF THE MONUMENTS WERE DESTROYED AS A RESULT. IN
LOCATIONS WHERE FENCE POSTS PREVENT RESETTING MONUMENTS A REFERENCE MONUMENT WAS PLACED AS SHOWN.
THE SOUTH R/W LINE OF MORNINGSTAR DRIVE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS PER (0) AND (r3), AS
SHOWN, AND HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WHITEWING PARK FOR THE WEST END OF
THE SOUTH R/W LINE. NOTE THAT ROBERT KARL DID NOT HOLD THE WHITEWING PARK MONUMENT PER CS02465 (0), HE
ELECTED TO HOLD A FENCE POST THAT FIT HIS CALCULATIONS BETTER AND ESTABLISHED A NEW CORNER AT ITS POSITION.
THE FENCE POST THAT KARL REFERENCES IS THE NORTH END OF A MEANDERING FENCE AND I DONT FEEL THAT HOLDING

THE WEST PLAT BOUNDARY AND THE INTERIOR LOT LINES WERE ESTABLISHED PER THIS PLAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
ABOVE REFERENCED APPROVAL.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM AS DETERMINED BY GPS
OBSERVATIONS USING THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) AND A TRIMBLE CALIBRATION USING PUBLISHED
COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
