CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS MAP. THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT LANDS WAS PREVIOUSLY FULLY RESOLVED BY JIM PERRY IN HIS 2023 SURVEY OF THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS 1 & 2, FILED AS CS21163 WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE, AND WE HAVE ADHERED TO HIS METHODOLOGY FOR THIS PARTITION PLAT.
