SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO DETERMINE AND MONUMENT A PROPERTY
LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN THE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NUMBERS
2022-39878 AND 2023-17519, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS PER CITY
OF BEND PLANNING FILE NUMBER PLPLAM20240384, AND PER MY CLIENT'S
DIRECTION. CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY WAS BASED ON SAID DOCUMENTS, THE
PLAT OF GRANDVIEW ADDITION TO BEND PARK (R1), (CS07337), AND REFERENCED
SURVEYS HEREON THIS SURVEY MAP, FROM FOUND MONUMENTS AS CALLED FOR
ON THOSE SURVEYS.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS A LINE BETWEEN MONUMENTS
FOUND ON THE WEST LINE 12TH STREET, PER GRANDVIEW ADDITION TO BEND
PARK.
THE WEST LINE OF BLOCK 9 WAS DETERMINED BY MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1 , BLOCK 9 AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT
1, BLOCK 10.
A LINE BETWEEN THE MONUMENTS FOUND ON THE SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK 10 WAS
EXTENDED TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID BLOCK AND THEN OFFSET THE RECORD
DISTANCE OF 15.00 FEET TO DETERMINE THE NORTH LINE OF BLOCK 9 AND THEN
OFFSET THE RECORD DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO DETERMINE THE SOUTH LINE
OF BLOCK 9 AND FIT WELL WITH SAID MONUMENT FOUND AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 9.
ALL LOTS IN SAID BLOCK 9 WERE PROPORTIONED AND THE NEW PROPERTY LINE
WAS ESTABLISHED AS REQUESTED BY MY CLIENT. MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET
DURING THE COURSE OF. THIS SURVEY ARE AS SHOWN ON THE SUBJOINED
SURVEY PLAT. / - Z9 _ZaZ.57"
