NARRATIVE
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO SET THE MARKERS THAT DEFINE THE `moo
BOUNDARIES OF THE CALVARY CHAPEL PROPERTY. THE EAST BOUNDARY WAS
DETERMINED BY MEASURING TO THE MARKERS NUMBERED 55 & 56 THAT DEFINE
THE WEST R.O.W. LINE OF U.S. HWY. 20. THEN, I OFFSET THE WEST R.O.W. OF THE
HIGHWAY 75 EAST TO DETERMINE THE CENTERLINE OF SAID HIGHWAYAND USED
THE STATIONING FROM SURVEY CS12250 AND THE STATION OFFSETS FROM DEED
2022-40664 TO CALCULATE THE BOUNDARY OF THE PORTION OF CALVARY CHAPEL
PROPERTY THAT WAS CONVEYED TO O.D.O.T. THE NW CORNER OF THE CALVARY
CHAPEL PROPERTY WAS SET ON LINE BETWEEN MARKERS 51 & 50 40.00 FEET 91-
SOUTH OF THE 1/4 CORNER (50) PER THE DEDICATION DEED 2018-48032. ***NOTE***
THE SW CORNER MARKER WAS NOT SET, IT WAS DETERMINED TO BE 0.50' NORTH
OF MARKER 51 PER SURVEY CS19916. 1 ELECTED TO NOT SET THE MARKER GIVEN
THAT IT WOULD BE TOO CLOSE TO THE EXISTING FENCE CORNER POST AND COULD CAUSE K
