THE PURPOSE OF THIS PARTITION IS TO REPLAT AND CONSOLIDATE A PORTION OF
LOTS 8-11, BLOCK 5, WIESTORIA INTO A SINGLE PARCEL, ACCORDING TO MY
CLIENTS INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCORDING TO CITY OF BEND PROJECT NUMBER:
PLLD20220788.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 12
EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
LOTS 8, 9, 10, AND 11, BLOCK 5, WIESTORIA WERE RETRACED AND RESOLVED BY
VOLNY IN CS16837, RECORDS OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE.
AFTER REVIEWING CS16837 AND THE ACCOMPANYING NARRATIVE, I AGREE WITH
