3A [2], PER CITY OF
REDMOND
PLANNING FILE NUMBER 711-24-000199-PLNG
(LLA)
THE WEST BOUNDARY WAS HELD AS THE LINE 4.00' EASTERLY OF AND
PARALLEL TO THE LINE BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS (D) AND (C), AND THE
EXTENSION THEREOF TO FOUND MONUMENT (B). THE EAST BOUNDARY WAS
DETERMINED AS THE LINE 100.00' EASTERLY OF THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE.
THE RECORD DISTANCE OF 100.00' WAS HELD BECAUSE NO MONUMENTATION
WAS FOUND ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY NORTHERLY OR SOUTHERLY OF THE
