ROMAINE VILLAGE UNIT 3, BEING THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY
WARRANTY DEED NO. 2022-15859, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. IN
THE SURVEY OF THIS PARTITION, THOSE MONUMENTS FOUND WERE TIED WITH OUR
GPS EQUIPMENT.
ALL 4 CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, LOT 1, WERE FOUND AND HELD AS
PER CS20057 (B).
BEARINGS OF THIS SURVEY ARE THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 1 AS PER
CS20057 (8).
