THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO ESTABLISH THE OUTER BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2024-26901, DESCHUTES COUNTY
OFFICIAL RECORDS, AND LOT 3 OF "SCOTTSDALE ESTATES", AND TO MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT PER DESCHUTES COUNTY PLANNING DIVISION PROJECT
247-24-000537-LL.
THE DEED RECORDED IN REGARD TO THIS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT WAS RECORDED ON FEBRUARY 20, 2025, AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2025-03929, DESCHUTES
COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS.
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE WAS ESTABLISHED AT THE CLIENTS DIRECTION.
THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 15, AND THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY WAS ESTABLISHED PER COUNTY SURVEY 21264 (R10), THE BEARINGS OF SAID SURVEY
WERE BASED ON THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS), DERIVED FROM THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN), DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION.
THE BEARING OF THE NORTH LINE IS NORTH 89'43'42" EAST.
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SCOTTSDALE DRIVE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES, AND CENTERLINE OF SAID
SCOTTSDALE DRIVE, AND BY HOLDING RECORD RADII PER THE PLAT OF "SCOTTSDALE ESTATES".
THE WEST LINE OF "SCOTTSDALE ESTATES" WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG SAID LINE.
THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 2 OF "SCOTTSDALE ESTATES" WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG SAID LINE.
