THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED UPON THE
SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 36, BLOCK 23, DESCHUTES RIVER
RECREATIONAL HOMESITES, UNIT 5.
THE NE CORNER OF LOT 33, BLOCK 23, DESCHUTES RIVER
RECREATIONAL HOMESITES, UNIT 5 WAS CALCULATED BY
DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION FROM THE NW CORNER OF SAID
LOT 34 AND FROM THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 33.
THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 34 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING
RECORD PLATTED DISTANCE ALONG THE CALCULATED LINE FROM THE
NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 34 TO THE CALCULATED NE CORNER OF
SAID LOT 33.
THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 34 WAS ESTABLISHED BY SINGLE
