QUITCLAIMED TO COID PER QUITCLAIM DEED RECORDED AT INSTRUMENT NO.2024-3538, DESCHUTES
COUNTY RECORDS, HOWEVER THESE WATER RIGHTS REMAIN APPURTENANT TO THIS LAND UNTIL
COMPLETION OF A WATER RIGHT TRANSFER TO REMOVE THE 4.0 ACRES FROM THE SUBJECT PARCEL.
