THIS METHOD GENERALLY FOLLOWS THE CURRENT LOCATION OF HELMHOLTZ ROAD (WHITTED MARKET ROAD) TO A POINT ROUGHLY 660' SOUTH OF OBSIDIAN AVENUE AT WHICH POINT IT DIVERGES TO THE EAST.
