WILL BE HOLDING THE SECTIONAL BREAKDOWN OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF SECTION 32 AND THE RIGHT OF WAY OF GOODRICH LOOP
(AKA EDMUNDSON ROAD) AS SHOWN IN (R1).
THE NEW PROPERTY LINE HAS BEEN MONUMENTED AS SHOWN AND NO UNUSUAL CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES WERE
ENCOUNTERED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY.
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS
WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS) WITH SP80 SPECTRA
PRECISION GPS.. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13
TRANSFORMATION USES A MOLODENKSY TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
