THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO ESTABLISH A CONTROL NETWORK, RESOLVE A PORTION OF THE
CENTERLINE AND RIGHT—OF—WAY FOR TUMALO RESERVOIR ROAD (TUMALO RESERVOIR MARKET ROAD NO. 11A),
AND THE PERPETUATION OF EXISTING MONUMENT POSITIONS WITHIN THE PROJECT AREA THAT COULD BE
DISTURBED OR DESTROYED DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
TUMALO RESERVOIR ROAD (TUMALO RESERVOIR MARKET ROAD NO. 11Ah
ESTABLISHED BY THE DESCHUTES COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ON NOVEMBER 5, 1926 AS RECORDED IN
DESCHUTES COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S JOURNAL 2, PAGE 119 WITH A RIGHT OF WAY WIDTH OF 60 FEET. A
