AND 4100 LOCATED IN BLOCK 34 OF OF THE PLAT OF LA PINE. THE QUARTER CORNER COMMON TO
SECTIONS 14 AND 15 AS ESTABLISHED BY DAV1D ARMSTRONG IN CS 7953 ALONG WITH THE SECTION
CORNER TO THE NORTH WAS USED TO ESTABLISH THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF HUNTINGTON RD.
THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF MORSON STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS
PER CS 19839. A VARYING RIGHT OF WAY WIDTH IN THE ALLEY OF BLOCK 34 WAS FOUND TO HAVE
BEEN ESTABLISHED BY SCOTT FRESHWATERS IN CS 20318 AND WAS HELD FOR THIS ADJUSTMENT
FOR THE ALLEY AS TO NOT CAUSE FURTHER DISRUPTIONS TO OCCUPATION AND DEED DESCRIPTION
FOR THE INTERIOR LINES OF TAX LOTS 600, 500 AND 4100, FOUND MONUMENTS PER CS 19839 WERE
HELD. THE NORTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY OF THE DA L L ES- CA L IFORNIA HIGHWAY WAS ESTABLISHED
