I HELD THE ROTATION OF THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FROM THE 1250' SOUTH FROM THE - SECTION CORNER AS THE SECTION LINE. ADDITIONALLY, 1 HELD THE ROTATED DESCRIPTION CALL FOR S32 HELD) EH11 THE WEST ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTION AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF BACHAND'S ( ) DESCRIPTION. TRACING OUT BACHAND'S DESCRIPTION RESULTED IN A MISCLOSURE OF ABOUT 1.8 FEET BETWEEN THE END OF THE DESCRIPTION AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LEAVING A GAP. BECAUSE CLOSING THE GAP DIDN'T NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE PARENT PARCEL OR VIOLATE ANY SENIOR RIGHTS, AND BECAUSE DOING SO YIELDED A NEARLY IDENTICAL DISTANCE AS THE FINAL DEED CALL, I o CLOSED THE LAST LEG OF THE DESCRIPTION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
