THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO SUBDIVIDE THE PROPERTY INTO 10 MIXED USE
LOTS. THE WEST LINE WAS DEFINED BY MONUMENTS 1, 9 THRU 12. FOR THE NORTH LINE
A LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN MONUMENTS 1 AND 5. FOR THE EAST LINE MONUMENTS 5
AND 8 WERE HELD AND FOR THE SOUTH LINE MONUMENTS 8 AND 9. ALL MONUMENTS
CHECKED WELL AGAINST RECORD MEASUREMENTS. NO UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES WERE
ENCOUNTERED DURING THE COURSE OF THE SURVEY.``
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY' IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE
STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS) WITH SP80
SPECTRA PRECISION GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING
PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION USES A MOLODENKSY
TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
