THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION INTO 2 PARCELS THAT TRACT OF
LAND CONVEYED TO RUSSELL R. REID AND TAMMIE H. REID, MAY 12, 2021 IN BOOK
2021, PAGE 29585, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS. SAID PROPERTY WAS
ADJUSTED IN PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT LL-97-87. WE FOUND THE MONUMENTS
THAT WERE FOUND OR SET IN SAID LL-97-87 (R1) THESE MONUMENTS FIT WELL WITH .
RECORD AND WERE HELD.
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN BASE

SP80 SPECTRA PRECISION GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS POINTS USING
PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION USES A MOLODENKSY
TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
