TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST,
WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF REDMOND,

The purpose of this survey was to adjust the property line common to
Lots 51 and Lot 52, Ni-Lah-Sha, Phases 2 and 3, Deschutes County,
Oregon. Control for this survey was based on the plat of Ni-Lah-Sha,
Phases 2 and 3, recorded as CS13822, Boundary Survey (R3) by Kevin
James Blakley, recorded as CS21186, and existing monuments found
during the course of this survey from said surveys. Basis of bearings
for this survey is the West line of Lot 52 per said plat of Ni-Lah-Sha,
Phases 2 and 3. All monuments were held during the course of this
survey as per referenced (R3) survey. The new adjusted line was
established between the original Southerly common corner between Lots
51 and 52, together with, the existing Southeast corner of Lot 44,
Diamond Bar Ranch, Phase 2. No new monuments were set during the
course of this survey.
