IN THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY, MONUMENTS PERTAINING TO PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED LOTS 23 AND 24 PER (D) WERE VERIFIED BY SURVEY USING A TRIMBLE R 10 GPS AND S7 TOTAL STATION. MEASUREMENTS PER OUR PREVIOUS ADJUSTMENT (D) AND THE PLAT (C) WERE HELD FOR THE LINES OF LOTS 23 AND 24 AND THEIR ADJUSTMENTS AS SHOWN. NEW LINES WERE CREATED BASED ON MEASURED ENCROACHMENTS, AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN. THE BEARINGS OF THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 23 AND 24 PER (C). TRANSFER PROPERTY - DAVIS TO PUTERBAUGH COMMENCING AT A 112" PIPE WITH CAP MARKED "POVEY & ASSOC."
