NARRATIVE
WE WERE COMMISSIONED BY KEITH AND COLLEEN PUTERBAUGH TO
MONUMENT THE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN PREVIOUSLY
ADJUSTED LOTS 23 AND 24, RIDGEPOINTE (C) IN ORDER TO CORRECT
A PROPERTY LINE ENCROACHMENT.
IN THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY, MONUMENTS PERTAINING TO PREVIOUSLY
ADJUSTED LOTS 23 AND 24 PER (D) WERE VERIFIED BY SURVEY
USING A TRIMBLE R 10 GPS AND S7 TOTAL STATION. MEASUREMENTS
PER OUR PREVIOUS ADJUSTMENT (D) AND THE PLAT (C) WERE HELD
FOR THE LINES OF LOTS 23 AND 24 AND THEIR ADJUSTMENTS AS
SHOWN. NEW LINES WERE CREATED BASED ON MEASURED
ENCROACHMENTS, AND MONUMENTS WERE SET AS SHOWN.
THE BEARINGS OF THIS ADJUSTMENT SURVEY ARE BASED ON THE
WEST LINE OF LOT 23 AND 24 PER (C).

COMMENCING AT A 112" PIPE WITH CAP MARKED "POVEY & ASSOC."
MONUMENTING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 23, RIDGEPOINTE,
CITY OF REDMOND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, THENCE
N00' 16'57"W ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 23, 50.00 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE, CONTINUING ALONG SAID WEST
LINE, N0001657"W, 0.60 FEET, THENCE N90000'00"E, 17.50 FEET;
THENCE S46.45'49 "E, 42.16 FEET, THENCE S37.38'51 "E, 13.73 FEET
TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SW 36TH COURT; THENCE 11.15 FEET
ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE ARC OF A 50.00 FOOT RADIUS
CURVE TO THE LEFT, THE LONG CHORD OF WHICH BEARS S 12'5622 "E,
11.13 FEET; THENCE, LEAVING SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, N40'00'00"W,
