CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS MAP. BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (DESCHUTESI3 TRANSFORMATION), USING THE NAD83(2011) EPOCH 2O10.00 REFERENCE FRAME, AS MEASURED BETWEEN THE MONUMENTS RECOVERED AND HELD AT THE NORTH CORNER OF LOT 15 AND THE CENTERLINE OF NW COMPASS LANE AS SHOWN ON THIS PLAT.
