Affidavit of Correction
I, Corey Pacheco, P.L.S. No. 101863, being duly sworn, depose and say that I am the surveyor who
surveyed the plat of Caldera Springs, Phase D as originally recorded on June 11, 2025, as Instrument
Number 2025-14957, Deschutes County Official Records, and filed as CS21557 in the Deschutes County
Surveyor's office.
The following corrections to said plat are necessary and are as follows:
1. The distance between the northwest corner of Common Area Tract VV, of said Caldera Springs,
Phase D. and the Center -East One -Sixteenth corner (C-E 1/16) of Section 8, Township 20 South,
Range 11 East, Willamette Meridian, marked by a 5/8" Iron Rod with Yellow Plastic Cap stamped
"Parametrix", as reset in Caldera Springs OLU, Phase C-2, recorded April 26, 2024 as Instrument
Number 2024-10362, needs to be revised from 1674.77 feet to 1082.39 feet
2. The distance between the southwest corner of Common Area Tract VV, of said Caldera Springs,
Phase D, and the East One -Sixteenth corner (E1/16) of Section 8, Township 20 South, Range 11
East, Willamette Meridian, marked by a 2-1/2" brass cap stamped "USDA Forest Service E1/16
S8 S17 -1984 LS 1020'; needs to be revised from 995.93 feet to 995.80 feet.
3. The above -described revisions match record dimensions as shown in said Caldera Springs OLU,
Phase C-2 and were the result of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) errors
a. 995.80 feet (revised herein and matches Caldera Springs OLU, Phase C-2)
b. 592.51 feet (distance of the platted west line of said Common Area Tract VV) + 1082.39 =
1674.90 feet (matches Caldera Springs OLU, Phase C-2)
90 feet + 995.80 feet = 2670.70 feet (matching said Caldera Springs OLU, Phase C-2
and Caldera Springs, Phase D)

INTERIOR CORNER MONUMENTATION
I, David W. Mills, P.L.S. No. 01915, being duly sworn, depose and say that in accordance with ORS
92.070, 1 have correctly surveyed and marked with proper monuments the interior corners as indicated
on the plat of CALDERA SPRINGS, PHASE D as originally recorded on June 11, 2025, as Instrument No.
2025-14957, Deschutes County Official Records.
The following corrections to said plat are necessary and are as follows:
The southwest corner common to lots 508 and 507 has been witnessed by an orange plastic cap stamped
"PARAMETRIX REFERENCE" lying North 31041'31" West 1.00 feet along the property line of said lots.
The northeast corner to lot 521 has been witnessed by an orange plastic cap stamped "PARAMETRIX
REFERENCE" lying South 47°07'16" West 4.00 feet along the property line of said lots.
The centerline point of curvature on Elk Run Drive lying at the south end of curve C43 and on the southerly
boundary of this plat was labeled to be set post monumentation. This monument had already been set as a
part of Phase C-2 OLU.
The centerline point of curvature on Lava Springs Loop lying at the west end of curve C61 and on the westerly
boundary of this plat was labeled to be set post monumentation. This monument had already been set as a
part of Phase C-2 OLU.
