THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO REPLAT AND CONSOLIDATE THOSE PORTIONS OF LOTS
1-11 AND THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 5, STATE HIGHWAY ADDITION TO BEND (A) DESCRIBED IN
THAT STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED NOVEMBER 4, 2021 IN VOLUME 2021, PAGE
62253, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, INTO A SINGLE UNIT OF LAND
THROUGH THE LAND PARTITION PROCESS.
RECOVERED MONUMENTS WERE HELD AS SHOWN HEREIN TO RESOLVE THE BOUNDARY OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE EASTERLY LINE OF BLOCK 5 WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING
