AS RECORDED IN CROOK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS JOURNAL 5, PAGE 35 WITH A RIGHT OF WAY WIDTH OF 60
FEET. NO ROAD WAS EVER BUILT. A PORTION OF THE ROAD WAS VACATED IN 1985 BY THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
COMMISSIONER'S ORDER NUMBER 85-100. THE REMAINING RIGHT OF WAY IS DEPICTED HEREON AS CARDWELL
LEGACY ROAD. ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY FOR CARDWELL ROAD WAS DEDICATED IN BUTLER AND IS SHOWN
HEREON.
