REQUESTED BY OUR CLIENT AND CONTRACT PURCHASER OF THE NEWLY CREATED
PARCEL 1, BEND-REDMOND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, AND AS APPROVED BY THE
CITY OF BEND IN FILE NUMBER PLLD20240723.
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED
ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS
MAP. BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
