THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A LOT CONSOLIDATION APPROVED UNDER CITY OF REDMOND LAND USE FILES:
711-24-000257-PLNG (SP), 711-24-000258-PLNG (LLC), 711-24-000259-PLNG (LLC).
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES, BEING LOTS 7, 8, AND 9 OF FAIRGROUNDS BUSINESS PARK, PHASE 2 & 3, ARE LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST
ONE -QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF
REDMOND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, THE LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 7 AND 8, AND THE LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 8 AND 9 WERE DETERMINED
