THE SW 1116 CORNER WAS THEN CALCULATED MIDPOINT BETWEEN THE C-S 1116 CORNER AND THE S 1116 CORNER AS SHOWN HEREON. A BEST FIT ALIGNMENT WAS FORCED TO FIT THE EXISTING ROAD SURFACE FOR WALTON ROAD. A MONUMENT SET PER CS 12869 WAS FOUND BUT NOT HELD FOR THIS PORTION OF R/W FOR WALTON ROAD. PER COUNTY PLANNING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, THIS CREATES A JOG IN THE R/W AT THE 114 CORNER COMMON TO SECTIONS 27 & 34.
