THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO MONUMENT THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE AS SET
FORTH IN CITY OF BEND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBER PLPLAM20250229.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS NORTH 01041'04" WEST BETWEEN THE
FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE PLAT DISCOVERY WEST,
PHASE 4 AS SHOWN ON (113).
THE WESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY LINE OF STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
2022-25828 (EXHIBIT B) WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD COURSES AS CALLED FOR
IN SAID DEED AND FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R3).
THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF THE PUBLIC ALLEY AND NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF NW
CELILO LANE WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING RECORD COURSES AND FOUND MONUMENTS
SET IN (113).
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINE WAS PLACED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE OWNER
