THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO SUBDIVIDE AND PLAT THAT PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE, WITH THE BOUNDARY ESTABLISHED
FROM FOUND MONUMENTS AT ALL CORNERS, AS CALLED FOR ON RECORD OF
SURVEY CS21438.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE SOUTH LINE BETWEEN THE
RECORD MONUMENTS FOUND ON THAT LINE, WITH THE BEARING HELD AS CALLED
FOR ON RECORD OF SURVEY CS21438.
MONUMENTS FOUND AND SET DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY ARE AS
SHOWN ON THE SUBJOINED SURVEY PLAT.
