THE TWO TAX LOTS WAS SET ON THE LINE MEASURED BETWEEN MARKERS NUMBERED
54 & 55. THE MARKER NUMBERED 56 WAS NOT UTILIZED AS CONTROL SINCE IT IS 0.07'
SOUTH OF THE LINE CITED ABOVE. THE MARKER FOR THE NEW SOUTH CORNER OF THE
TWO TAX LOTS WAS SET ON LINE BETWEEN THE MARKERS NUMBERED 50 & 51.
