SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINES BETWEEN
THE 4 TRACTS AS SHOWN. TRACTS A, B & C ARE OWNED BY KIM & KATHARINE
RUSSELL AND TRACT D OWNED BY JOHN & KRISTEN CROSBY. BEFORE THE
ADJUSTMENTS TRACT A WAS THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 4 AND LOT 59
TRACT B IS LOT 6, TRACT C WAS LOT 7 AND TRACT D WAS LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK
17 LAPINE.
WE HELD THE EXISTING FOUND MONUMENTS SET IN (R2 & R3). WE SET
MONUMENTS FOR THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES AS SHOWN. NO UNUSUAL
CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES WERE ENCOUNTERED DURING THE COURSE OF
THIS SURVEY.
BASIS OF BEARINGS AND CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE CENTRAL OREGON
COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS). GPS CALIBRATIONS WERE MADE FROM THE ORGN
BASE STATIONS (INCLUDING BNDM, REDM, LAPN, P387 SISTERS, PNVL, AND MDRS)
WITH SP80 SPECTRA PRECISION GPS. THE CALIBRATION TIES MULTIPLE COCS
POINTS USING PUBLISHED COORDINATES. THE DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION
USES A MOLODENKSY TRANSFORMATION. THE COCS VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 29.
