THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A SERIES OF PROPERLY LINE ADJUSTMENTS PER CITY OF BEND PLANNING DIVISION PROJECT NUMBERS PLPLAM20250380 AND PLPLAM20250381.
THE DEED RECORDED IN REGARD TO THESE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENTS WAS RECORDED ON NOVEMBER 12, 2025, AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2025-31059, DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS
THE ADJUSTED PROPERTY LINES WERE ESTABLISHED AT THE CLIENTS DIRECTION.
THE BOUNDARY RESOLUTION AND BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY WERE ESTABLISHED PER THE PLAT OF "EASTON COMMERCIAL' (R1). ALL RECORD DATA, AND MONUMENTS FROM SAID PLAT WERE HELD. THE BEARINGS
OF SAID PLAT WERE BASED ON THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM (COGS), DERIVED FROM THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN), DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION. THIS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT,
